Requirement to Send Money 

• Your original and valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, NICOP, Passport)
• Your full name as it appears on your photo ID
• Your occupation
• The receiver’s full name
• The receiver’s address (where applicable)
• The relationship with the receiver
• The purpose of the transaction
• The receiver’s bank account details (if sending money to a bank account)
• Additional information if required by the agent

 

Terms & conditions:

• You retain the receipt with the company’s stamp and signature for your record.
• The company keeps the receipt with your signature and a copy of the photo ID you provided during the money transfer.

You are responsible for notifying the receiver that a money transfer is available for pick up.
